ANGEL No.4

WHAT ARE ANGEL NUMBERS?

Angel Numbers are specific numerals (or combinations of numbers) that show up and recur as patterns in your life.

They are thought to carry spiritual meaning, and in a sense they function as a nudge from the universe, reminding you that you're not navigating life alone.

They serve as affirmations that you're on the right path and offer guidance during challenging times.

No.4 was introduced into our lives by my daughter (who amusingly couldn't count at the time), but nevertheless insisted that we always select, wear, or display No.4 in any challenge that we faced be it Water Polo, AFL, Cross-Country or competing in Surf Ironman.

So our little family went with the thought ....

Ever since then No.4 has always showed up and been lucky for us.

In the fullness of time we looked into the significance of 'Angel No.4' it became obvious what to call the 'Practice'.

WHY 'FOUR' ??

Angel No.4 is centered around solid foundations, practicality, organization and welcoming more positive action into our daily lives.

BALANCE

SUPPORT

STABILITY

GROWTH

The appearance of No.4 often shows up when we are dealing with difficult times or when we are a little too stuck in our comfort zones.

The energy around the Angel No.4 brings more stability and balance to the four corners of our being - the physical, emotional, spiritual and mental.

So when we are pouring effort into each of those aspects of life, we can stand tall and strong and take the risks we need to take in order to reach our ultimate goals.

You can also think of the No.4 as four walls in a room or legs on a chair. No.4 is the number of support and stability, so it's about rooting down and taking care of yourself - and your life.

“Any time you see repeating 4's, it is a message letting you know that in this moment you are fully supported and safe.

No. 4 is giving you the green light to jump into a major milestone or tackle a situation head-on ....
